Hatha, Vinyasa and Pranayama

Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga is quite simply linking breath with movement. It is meant to stretch and strengthen muscles while balancing and calming the mind. Traditional Yoga poses are used with breath and intention being the foundations of the practice.

Pranayama is control of breath. This practice allows you to experience complete devotion (focus) to only your breath.

This is a great tool to prepare yourself for meditation or prepare yourself for the Asana's. It allows you to focus on the breath and heat up or cool down the body.
Pranayama is not only good to prepare yourself for your Yoga practice it is also an amazing tool to use against anxiety, insomnia, constipation or even depression.

Then join us for this unique Yoga class which will help to balance the natural elements within your body so you feel grounded and energized. Connect to your inner Fire, salute the Sun or attune with the grounded calm of the earth. Create balance and calm through bringing the power of nature into your yoga practice!

Poets of all cultures highlight deep truths by observing the flow of water, the energy of the sun and the power of a mountain.

We will practice basic yoga postures connected with nature. Half moon pose, mountain pose,tree pose and many more. We will explore the inner nature of every Asana (posture).

This class is beneficial for everyone!! The class is easy and slow and for everyone to enjoy!

Of course we start the class with a beautiful Pranayama breath flow to connect with your breath!

Heart opening

Just as you can practice heart opening in your thoughts and emotions, you can also experience opening the heart space in your physical body.
This class is based on opening the chest and reliEve tension from the shoulders and neck and reduce back pain.

Our Heart chakra consists of a green energy and is located at the very center of our chest. It is the main chakra related to air and our breath.

Working on the laptop or feeling not energized and TUCKED AWAY EMOTIONS has an influence on our posture AND RESULTS IN MUSCLE TENSION.

Relieve tension from the shoulders and reduce neck pain!
